• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! I am based in Canada, so I can ship to Canada, the US and internationally. My Etsy store ( https://www.etsy.com/shop/weiyiswy ) ships to the EU/UK! Please make sure you use the correct store so as to mitigate extra VAT tax/customs costs!

  I sadly cannot ship to the following countries: Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Lithuania, Slovakia, Romania, Turkey, France, Germany, Latvia, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Cyprus or Ukraine due to their recent and strict shipping laws. I'm very sorry!!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Production times can vary from product to product and also with the amount of orders I get every store opening (which I can't anticipate). You can expect a MINIMUM of a 1-2 months for production (depending on the product and manufacturer I'm using) and another month or longer for shipping to get to me before I'm able to start packing and shipping orders.

  This means you can expect AT LEAST a 3-4 month wait for most items.

  I am truly sorry but I very rarely do stock sales which means my merchandise is mainly pre-orders!!!! And that means longer wait times unfortunately! Once shipped most North American orders take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive. International shipping delivery times may vary anywhere between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you accept refunds?

  I do not accept refunds at this time! I'm happy to try and have a conversation about your concerns though! Please go to the contact page and I will respond ASAP!!

• What sizes do you offer?
